The Vermont Council on Reading Journal is a quarterly
publication of the Vermont Council on Reading. Members of the VCR are
encouraged to submit articles, student writing and drawings, book reviews,
descriptions of new programs, news releases, etc. to the editor. Publication
will be at the discretion of the editor and advisory board. Please send
